2024 Ontario Aquatic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

Congratulations to LAC alumni Debra Wurzburger and Chris Chalmers on their induction into the Ontario Aquatic Hall of Fame on September 21.

Among their many aquatic accomplishments, Debra and Chris both represented Canada at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul, South Korea. Debra also represented Canada at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, while Chris was team captain at the University of Southern California. Debra and Chris were both Canadian champions and record-holders in the distance freestyle events, and are the 9th and 10th LAC alumni to gain induction into the Hall of Fame.
